MMBI acted as a consultant to the owners representative for a new Savvis data center in Seattle. Working closely with Sabey Corporation, Callison Architects, and Lane Coburn & Associates to create a technically advanced and very efficient new facility. This project incorporated cutting edge power and service redundant systems and state of the art security for data service and the site. The facility also offers fine architectural finishes in the offices, meeting rooms and common spaces. MMBI's project management approach includes life cycle engineering for operations and maintenance to enhance the facilities performance.
