This home was a AIA home of the month and on the AIA tour. One of David Neiman's Umbrella homes, this home explored contemporary architecture that is uniquely responsive to the climate of the Pacific Northwest, exploring the challenges and opportunities that arise when we build here. This home utilized the following systems; Geothermal HVAC, Hydronic delivery, HVR, 2 lb Spray-foam insulation, Photo Voltaic, and low/no VOC products.
